The duplex filter is also called a duplex switching filter. It is made up of two stainless steel filters in parallel. Duplex bag filter housing usually used for a continuous working condition, When one filter housing is working, While another filter housing is under cleaning. There is a tee and control valve at the inlet part, So the flow direction could be changed as wanted.
When the filter element is blocked to a certain extent during the working process of the traditional filter, the filtration process must be stopped before cleaning or inspection. The duplex filter effectively solves the problem in this area, and the non-stop cleaning is carried out to achieve 24 hours of continuous work. Improve work efficiency and save time
We could customized the valve and pipelines as customer's requirement.
